Biography

Born in Tokyo, Japan. Currently affiliated with the Faculty of Environment and Information Studies at Keio University. Centered on an interest in the fusion of art and technology, as well as the real and the virtual, she creates works across diverse forms of expression, including XR and drawing.
Selected for the Agency for Cultural Affairs’ Media Arts Creator Development Support Program in 2023. Selected for the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry’s “Sōfū” program for two consecutive years from 2024 to 2025. Recipient of the NICOGRAPH Demo Exhibition Award from the Society for Art and Science in 2024. Apple WWDC22 Swift Student Challenge Winner in 2022. Selected for CineMart Lightroom at the International Film Festival Rotterdam in 2026.
Her representative works include Tactus, an MR work combining haptics and sound, and **Nox**, an XR film. Member of Japan Mensa.

Statement
My creative practice is centered on an interest in the fusion of art and technology, as well as the real and the virtual.
Through the use of XR technology, I create works that serve as seeds for discovering possibilities and hope for the future.
Every day, I confront my own pain, sadness, and despair, and at times I feel that this world is hell.
At the same time, I want to believe that the world is beautiful.
I transform these conflicting emotions into my works.
